We both work and teach in Muslim communities across the UK and have often shared stories at conferences over the years. Recently we’ve seen an increase in the number of young people coming to the faith, who have asked many questions about Islam. While trying to answer these in person as often as possible, we realised it’s hard to get informed answers online. We decided to collate our knowledge and experience and discuss everything from the basics, such as how to pray, to more complex theological issues, like the concept of ijtihad, and put everything online in one easy-to-access place.
